House of the Blackheads is a building situated in the old town of Riga, Latvia. The original building was erected during the first third of the 14th century for the Brotherhood of the Blackheads Guild, a guild for unmarried German merchants in Riga. Major works were done in the years 1580 and 1886, adding most of the ornamentations.
The structure was bombed to a ruin by the Germans June 28, 1941 and the remains demolished by the Soviets in 1948. The current reconstruction was erected from 1995 to 1999.
拉脫維亞里加古城始建于13世纪初，占地50公顷，集中了大量哥特式和巴洛克式建筑里加古城，因为新艺术风格（Art Nouveau）而闻名于世，被联合国教育、科学及文化组织 (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization—UNESCO)列为世界文化遗产。其建筑的华丽程度远超过他的姊妹城市塔林和赫尔辛基，和巴黎比也有过之而无不及。
黑头鸟的房子黑头宫（House of Blackheads）位于拉脫維亞的首都里加古城，目前做為博物館及音樂廳的之用。
这里曾经是波罗的海地区单身商会Blackhead Society的聚会场所,云集了当时的钻石王老五，看门的是黑人，而在当时的波罗的海地区，黑人是极为罕见的，所以起名Blackheads。在黑头商会前面屹立着里加守护神圣摩里西斯。最早的‘黑头屋’建于1580 年，历经多次天灾人祸的破坏，甚至在1948年（前苏联时期）被彻底推倒。2001年，为纪念里加建市800年，按照历史图片资料重建了黑头屋，外立面看上去雕梁画柱、流光溢彩。金色的装饰在红色的砖墙上格外醒目，天文、汉萨同盟的标志，以及罗马神话中的四位守护神。所以目前看到的都是2001年间的仿制品，黑头屋所有被毁留下残余部分都陈列在圣•彼得教堂St. Peter's Luthern Church内，可是有绳子拦着，不可以近距离欣赏。
